My old car broke down one Thursday afternoon, and I knew it was time to get a new car. Immediately I looked at vehicles on HawkinsBestPrice.com and found the car that I loved. I went and visited with Chris on Friday morning, as I was in a rush to find a car since I had to return to school in South Dakota the following week. With Chris and the staff being so incredibly helpful, by Monday morning I was signing the papers and getting the keys to my new Malibu. I am incredibly happy with the service that I had at Hawkins and how fast they had gotten my car ready for me to take home in just a few days notice. In our search for another vehicle we looked everywhere. We happened to find the perfect vehicle right under our noses at Hawkins. Troy Sunken was friendly and professional. The staff at Hawkins was great and very understanding of my children, who were less then thrilled to be car shopping with Mom. One staff member (Dale Splinter?) even took the time to play with my kids for a few minutes so I could have a few moments to speak with Mr. Sunken without interruption. During the purchase, I asked for a tail light to be replaced, although it was fully functional, I was concerned about moisture in it causing future problems. Mr. Sunken told me it would not be a problem, and had a new taillight assembly ordered at no charge to me before I even signed the papers. Tabitha Bicknase was great, she took the time to get to know me while finding me the best finance option available to me. On my drive home, I noticed something rolling around in the dash, I had not noticed during my test drive because I had 2 now very excited children asking questions. A few days later, I noticed some oil drips under the vehicle. I spoken with Mr. Sunken about both issues. Mr. Sunken and the staff at Hawkins stood by their sale and agreed to address both issues for me, at no charge. I am very pleased with my entire experience at Hawkins. In this day and age it can be hard to find a dealership that genuinely cares about the customer, most are only interested in the sale and leave you on your own the second you sign the paperwork. Not Hawkins, they went the extra mile to make sure we continued to be happy with our purchase. If they don't have exactly what your looking for, let them find it for you, you won't find a better buying experience then at Hawkins! More

We contacted Troy Sunken in early September looking for a Chevy Traverse with low miles. We initially had a dollar amount to spend but after talking with Troy and locating the vehicle we wanted with all the Chevy Traverse with low miles. This process was simple and fast and I stopped in after work and within a couple of hours was driving away with my new vehicle. I thought I should have gotten a better price on my trade, but was still okay with the price or I would not have completed the transaction.
