They were very eager to help me. They were very helpful in the trade-in process and easy to work with. I will say that the vehicle had purchased showed up on the lot and I test drove They were very helpful in the trade-in process and easy to work with. I will say that the vehicle had purchased showed up on the lot and I test drove it that same day so I feel like it might not have been thoroughly inspected to make sure all the features were working properly, but they did get me in within a week to get a detailed and new tires put on. Though one of the seat functions do not work, I would give a 5 star rating if this was fixed ◡̈ Overall I have been pleased with Tom and his customer service. More
