The day we picked it up he had all the paperwork ready and spent a lot of time with us showing us how the navigation, on star, radio and blue tooth worked, he also introduced us to the friendly folks that work in the office and service departments. Dale has called several times following up on his sale, making sure we are completely satisfied and happy with our purchase. He spent time explaining in detail and in language I could understand about everything related to my new car. I don't think he would have let me leave the lot until I understood how things worked and until my every question had been answered. They are NOT high pressure, pushy sales people which I liked. Dale made to follow up calls to see how I was liking the vehicle. I would definitely go back. The drive was worth it. Thanks Hawkins!!
