We first started getting interested in purchasing an Equinox when we saw one at the Auto Show in Mpls. in March of this year. Next we started checking out dealerships in the area. Troy was most helpful in answering our questions about the vehicle's performance, features and price. We were also impressed with the way Hawkins was willing to go the extra mile for their customers in regard to service, etc. We would like to thank Troy for the personal attention he gave us. He spent over an hour explaining all the features that our new Equinox has. He even connected our cell phones to the vehicle. Chis went out of his way to work with our schedule for us to be able to test drive the truck after hours Tabitha was willing to stay to do the paperwork yet that night but there was no need to do so. When I came to pick up the truck, Chris had the truck ready to go, Chris took the time to help me with setting up the on star and blue tooth features and to go over some of the other features of the truck Tabitha had all the paperwork ready for me and explained everything very well.
