We first started getting interested in purchasing an Equinox when we saw one at the Auto Show in Mpls. in March of this year. Next we started checking out dealerships in the area. Troy was most helpful in answering our questions about the vehicle's performance, features and price. We were also impressed with the way Hawkins was willing to go the extra mile for their customers in regard to service, etc. We would like to thank Troy for the personal attention he gave us. He spent over an hour explaining all the features that our new Equinox has. He even connected our cell phones to the vehicle. Plus he said to call him anytime if we couldn't figure something out:) We are enjoying our new vehicle and are gradually getting familiar with everything that it has to offer. Love It! More

When I came to pick up the truck, Chris had the truck ready to go, Chris took the time to help me with setting up the on star and blue tooth features and to go over some of the other features of the truck Tabitha had all the paperwork ready for me and explained everything very well. And gave us a quote on our trade in. Troy Sunken called us on Monday. We visited and Troy Sunken went to work and found us an Equinox that we liked, from there we closed the deal! More
