I did some shopping on-line to get a feel for the market and allow myself time to truly compile a list of what I really wanted before reaching out to a local business. When I called Chris Finck to see if he would be willing to help me, he was enthusiastic right from the start. I have a very hectic schedule to work around but Chris made it work, with no added stress. He wasted no time getting to work, and within a very short time (less than 2 weeks!!!) found a vehicle even better than I had hoped for! I can be very difficult to work with because I am extremely picky, and I think about details over and over again, but Chris never gave up on me (he was extremely patient with me; he allowed me to take time to think and process everything at my own pace), and was always available to answer any and all questions I had (no matter how silly or mundane). Buying a vehicle is a HUGE stressor, and to add the stress of buying a used vehicle means a person truly has to trust who they are working with to make sure it comes with little to no snags. I feel that Chris and his team worked very hard and went beyond my expectations.
