Was promised a loaner vehicle. Nope no loaner had to scramble to find ride home. Went to pick up my vehicle gave me wrong paperwork and dollar amount to pay. Just not impressed. They are close to my residence. The service center was able to install a coating on the interior and exterior of my new truck, but it took several hours.
