Straight forward and to the point My sales associate's name was Ricky. He was a new with sales so he was still learning. Because he was new there were multiple people aiding him in the process and although some people may find it annoying, I found it to be comforting because I saw and heard exactly what the next steps in the sales process were, It added trust in the process. My finance manager's name was Mike. He was extremely straight forward and explained everything to the point. Having a finance manager that is able to explain everything to you is critical and he was able to do that and exceed expectations. He did not attempt to sneak in hidden fees which is awesome as well. The only thing that he asked for was an even number so I paid 20 dollars extra to do so but its not that big of a deal. If you are buying a car from this dealership, go for Ricky in sales, and then Mike in Finance. Thank You More

I felt pretty good after reading other reviews buying there. But I have had a lot of xx to go through and a terrible experience. If I didn't advocate for myself I'd be screwed over. It was pretty quick on the paperwork side buying a new car. It was difficult getting help over the phone with things they don't want to emaila call they just want you to come in. I live 2 hours away so I can't do that. I explained that to them and every dealer I talked to. I have been passed around by Jose, Sam, Mike and others. I was serious about buying. I said I needed remote start no matter what. I put down a deposit for the car and said I am coming. I get there and sales guy was not there and they had no clue about my purchase. The car was not cleaned well, it was front missing bumper cap too. They had a whole day to be ready. I noticed that and had to ask for it. Remote start not installed as needed, then said they would order it and put it in after buying. Okay. I get it but you should have explained it on the phone before. I WOULD HAVE PREPAID 550 TO BE INSTALLED SO IT WAS READY WHEN I GOT THERE. Their offer was to drive out and pick up my car and install it. Fair enough. Well 9 days later no call. I emailed Jose and no answer in 24 hours. I then called and sales manager Mike said oops sorry should have told you it will be ordered in a week after car is funded and then it's 5 more days. I traded in a paid off 9000 dollar car. You have something worth alot of money. But Mike the sales manager said he will check parts Dept for you, ill call you right back. Well 4 days later no call. More

The only complaint I have is I never got a call that my car I had a wonderful experience. My car was clean when I got it back. I was in for an oil change and the only complaint I had was they didn't call me w I had a wonderful experience. My car was clean when I got it back.
