I did not feel pressured as I have in the past when purchasing a new vehicle. I left this dealership and went to a Chevy dealership and looked at an Equinox. I, having always purchased an American made vehicle, left that dealership and went back to Suburu. I was more impressed with Suburu Forester’s features. I would highly recommend Ryan....an extremely knowledgeable individual. More

Service for a car that is 2 years old replacing defective tr I put average because the first 2 times were not good the 3rd time had to replace transmission on the warranty that Subaru had to send out instead of I put average because the first 2 times were not good the 3rd time had to replace transmission on the warranty that Subaru had to send out instead of a recall-don’t know if the warranty is going to be honored with the replacement transmission and just the level of trust is not there! The 2nd gentleman we dealt with was so much better than the first gentleman-Justin Woods I believe was the second gentleman. Again never had an issue with our first car the Subaru Forrester should have probably stuck with that same model The reason I said no is because again trust issues and they will be moving farther away-so will probably have to go to Orland More
Best car buying experience ever Form the time we got to the dealer thru the purchase of our vehicle, it was the BEST experience. Chavis Cole was our salesman. He w as s fantastic! He explained the whole process from the word go. After we found the vehicle, Mr. Cole brought hi is manager Roco in. Roco was also up front from the get go. He asked us where we wanted to be with numbers and then turned the computer screen around so we were able to see everything he was doing. This was AWESOME. therr was absolutely no B.S. no back and forth games. My wife and I LOVED THAT!!!! Sean in finance was also great. Took the time and explained everything in detail. Fantastic Experience On Monday, October 22, 2018, my wife and I went to Hawk Subaru, located at 2200 West Jefferson St. in Joliet, IL, with the intent to purchase a 2019 S On Monday, October 22, 2018, my wife and I went to Hawk Subaru, located at 2200 West Jefferson St. in Joliet, IL, with the intent to purchase a 2019 Subaru Forester. I had been researching the vehicle and had previously conducted a test-drive. My wife had not seen or driven the 2019 Model and wished to test-drive it. We arrived at the Dealership around 10:30 am and were promptly greeted by Michael Widuch, a Sales Consultant and the Sales Manager, Dave Casey. They were informed that we wish to test-drive a particular Forester, which I had previously driven. Within a few minutes, they had the vehicle upfront, with Dealer plates on it. My wife and I took the Forester for a half hour ride. The vehicle sold itself to my wife. Upon returning to the Dealership, we were promptly met by Michael and Dave. We provided Michael, with the vehicle information, along with additional accessories, we wished to purchase. After gathering the vehicle information, Michael contacted the Parts Department to obtain pricing for the additional accessories and installation cost. Dave then rejoined us for the pricing negotiations. We were able to easily negotiate an out-the-door price for the new vehicle, along with our trade-in, which we felt was very favorable towards us. The process of purchasing the vehicle went very smoothly and we were very satisfied. Later in the day, I returned with my check and closed the deal. Michael spent well over 90 minutes going over the vehicle, with me. Additionally, he advised me to return in a few weeks, so he could spend additional time with me. Michael signed me up to the MySubaru app. Michael provided me with his personal cell phone number and advised me to contact him at any time, if I had any questions. Since leaving the Dealership, I have been contacted by the Parts Department, advising that the accessories have been ordered and I would be notified when they are in. They will provide me with a Loaner, due to the accessories taking a few hours to install. Michael also contacted me, advising that the accessories have been ordered and I should be receiving a call from the Parts Department. I advised him that I had just gotten off the phone with them. My experience with Hawk Subaru has been nothing but positive. I couldn’t ask for anything more. Thanks Hawk Subaru, on a job well done! More
A Grand Experience My wife and I went out to look at new cars. We were going to make several stops. I will recommend him to other people. Being able to sell multiple brands is a fantastic idea. You have one person to deal with. When I need another car I will be going back to Hawk. More

Kailiq was our dealer whom has gone above and beyond anything he's expected to do! He's made two deliveries to our home personally off the clock for forgotten things! Screwed over twice. I wanted to leave a brief review of my fantastic expierenece at Hawk Subaru of Joliet. I came in on a 2017 WRX and was given a price via an email and I wanted to leave a brief review of my fantastic expierenece at Hawk Subaru of Joliet. I came in on a 2017 WRX and was given a price via an email and a verbal confirmation. The dealership is about an hour away so I wanted to make sure I was getting what I was quoted. I made an appointment for 8 pm and arrived with optimism I would be leaving with a vehicle. Upon further review, I was told the dealership had made a mistake. They can not sell me the car for the agreed upon price, but could for $4500 more. I said "that's a pretty good deal, but I'm not quite sold." They told me me to hit the bricks! I I got back in my car dejected and rather sad, wondering what had happened. Being a former member of our armed forces and a full time college student, I am use to sticking by my word. Poor service! Recently purchased a 2016 Subaru Limited Outback from Hawk in Joliet and absolutely LOVE the vehicle. Our 6,000 mile service came up and we tried to s Recently purchased a 2016 Subaru Limited Outback from Hawk in Joliet and absolutely LOVE the vehicle. Our 6,000 mile service came up and we tried to schedule an appointment with a loaner vehicle. Service department told me they had NO loaners available. They said it would be an hour and a half service appointment! I didn't have time to wait since I am not from the area. Made no attempt to help me and refused to work with me. After spending $37,000 on a vehicle, you would think they would make every effort in taking care of the customers needs. There are plenty of professional, friendly and helpful Subaru dealerships in the Chicagoland area, stay away from HAWK. Not a good dealership. More
