After over two hours of going through the hassle of renegotiating my set price, management turned me away with my request. I went to their competition in neighboring Elgin. This dealership in Elgin was extremely helpful, professional and not only offered me what I had asked Hawk Nissan, but went 1.5k over what I requested. I sent a text to Hawk sales showing them the exact deal their neighboring Nissan dealership in Elgin offered. Two minutes later management from Hawk called with a very rude voicemail that said “At the end of the day i am buying the vehicle and if you found a better price the I encourage you to go with that offer”. Long story short, bad service by management and they lost a sale over it. Beware of this dealerships practices. More

I found a car that was on Autotrader and their website. He called to get a deposit to hold the car but the price jumped 4,000.00 dollars! He said someone miss priced it and was having IT look into it. I called back and he was supposed to get back with me after he spoke to his manager later that afternoon. It's been or a week and not one call. They put out cars on their website and Autotrader with a price but won't honor the price or even return a phone call! I have screen shots of the car listed with the VIN and the price but I guess to bad for me. Advise to deal at least return a phone call! Poor customer service and dishonest!! More

I recently purchased a Nissan Sentra from Hawk St. Charles. They had the car I wanted and we quickly got to the all in price that worked for me. In addition to a good car at a good price they also got Charles. They had the car I wanted and we quickly got to the all in price that worked for me. In addition to a good car at a good price they also got me better financing than I was getting on my own AND everything happened quick and I didn’t spend all day at the dealership. Overall I give the experience 5 stars out of 5. When I need another car Hawk will be my first stop. More
