Best auto sales experience I can remember. I went to Hawk with the expectation that striking a deal would be difficult at best. I spelled out what I was looking for including interest rates and model etc. There was transparency throughout the whole process. I was shown multiple documents with evidence of my trade-in's value and given bottom line numbers from beginning to end. I have been buying new cars for about 50 years and was not prepared to "do the dance" of negotiating back and forth and made them aware of that. They made an offer, I countered and the deal was done. I loved the fact that there was no pressure and that I was the one setting the tone of the sale. More
