I have also done all my servicing through your dealership as well. Each and every time my experience with you has been excellent. This last time was a little more memorable because Larry Roncolli the sales person I have dealt with on both occasions recognized me while I was waiting for my wife to pick me and was nice enough to come and talk with me for about ten minutes. Actually, I was flattered that he recognized and that he would take the time to come and talk. Larry was also very helpful in each of my experiences and I made it a point to ask for him when I was going to make my second purchase. I also bought my wife a used 2017 Escape and she too loves her car and the experiences she has had during her servicing experiences. Great service I have a 2010 Escape that had the sub frame brake from rust while driving. Got the car into the shop and they ordered all new parts for it. Got the car back in a few days and it's now good for a few more years. This is a problem ford had but did not issue a recall so it cost me $2,200.00. Everything Joe Cotton Ford did was super. I am just disappointed that Ford knowing they had the problem did not do a better job of taking care of there customers. More

My vehicle was there to replace airbag recall, dropped it off Saturday, get a call on Monday afternoon, reg other issues mechanic stated that needed attention, but no one called me later to tell me when my car would be ready, so about 6:45 I go into panic mode need my car to get to work in the morning,start calling service, no answer, call sales and a nice gentleman stated he would walk over there to see what's going on, he comes back and tell me they are closed, I tell him what lousy customer service, no one called me, and that the card I am calling from states the service department is open until 7:30 pm.Transferred to vm of Dave, leave same message as above, receive a couple of calls early Tuesday morning that my car is ready, however, I have missed a day of work on Monday, because of the non-communication,go to pick up car and they still wanted me to pay $25.00 for tire rotation. Thank-you Lou for the courtesy waiver, the only bright spot of this whole episode, as no one apologized or acknowledged this error. I am sure I will be returning for my oil changes, that seems to always go smoothly. More

STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE Had my car for 5 days with little communication or rental offer and replaced a strut that didn’t need replacing.
