I arrived 5 minutes late which is on me but I don't think 5 minutes should have erased my appointment time. Nothing was said about me being 5 minutes late as I had to wait about 7 to 8 minutes before a service advisor had time to talk to me. I went to their lounge to wait and I waited nearly 2 hours! An oil change took 2 hours! I realize they were busy but 2 hours? I have taken my autos to Joe Cotton Ford for years and this seems to be the norm. I naively thought by making an appointment I would get in and out of there quickly. I guess I was mistaken. More
Needed my battery checked and made an appointment at Joe Cotton. I dropped the car off with no problem. They not only checked the battery, they ran a multi-hour drain and recharge to test it more thorough Cotton. I dropped the car off with no problem. They not only checked the battery, they ran a multi-hour drain and recharge to test it more thoroughly. They then did a complementary charging system test. All of this at no charge. I was very appreciative. More
Brought my car in for a oil change and overall look over. It took a little time and I was getting concerned they were going to tell me all sorts of things that needed to be done/repaired. To my surprise I It took a little time and I was getting concerned they were going to tell me all sorts of things that needed to be done/repaired. I had the oil changed and I asked to have a brake noise checked. Dropped car at 7am. At 4:30pm I had to call and they recommended front and rear rotor and pads for $1313. And couldn’t get the car back til checked. Dropped car at 7am. At 4:30pm I had to call and they recommended front and rear rotor and pads for $1313. And couldn’t get the car back till Monday evening. The cost was very high for a simple job. Btw joe cotton replaced front rotors in past 18 months. I took the car somewhere else. Quote for same job with premium components was over $400 less. AND they could not believe front brakes were recommended for replace - I agree. And They got the job done in a day. Bad recommendation, long wait and exorbitant cost. More

I dropped the car off on Monday morning. The air conditioning compressor developed a leak and required replacement. I was told that the part would take two to three days to arrive. Imagine my surpri conditioning compressor developed a leak and required replacement. I was told that the part would take two to three days to arrive. Imagine my surprise when the next day they called and told me the repairs were completed. It seems they located one at a dealer, picked it up Tuesday morning and completed the repairs. Go Team Cotton! BTW - My car was returned to me cleaner than when I dropped it off! More
Excellent dealership experience. The only problem was that the engine shroud was partially off after the service and was dragging on the ground. I had to drive to the dealer to fix it, but they took care that the engine shroud was partially off after the service and was dragging on the ground.
