My wife has been taking our Tahoe in for service since we won free oil changes in an auction last year. Every single time she tells me how nice they are and how comfortable she feels. Today she had to take won free oil changes in an auction last year. Every single time she tells me how nice they are and how comfortable she feels. Today she had to take our 4 kids with her and they pulled the car into the garage so they didnt have to go out in the cold and offered to help her put our baby in the car. Unfortunately, I am not able to take the car in because of my work schedule but its nice to know she is not only being taken care of, but also not being taken advantage of. We will be in the market for a new SUV in the next year or so and I will start my search at Hawk Ford based solely on the fact that their service dept seem to be upstanding people. More
