After maintaining our car with them the entire time, the transmission in our 2013 Fusion goes out under the 5 YR but 3,000 miles over the 60,000 mile warranty. Do they help us? No, we have to spend hours on the phone with customer service trying to avoid paying $5,100 for a new transmission! Finally, Ford care offers to pay a small portion of it, but that was only since they were price gauging anyway - local mechanic charges $2,500. They also charged me $125 diagnostic fee to tell me this. Really? You can't diagnose a car that you sold me that is essentially a defective product? (NO ONE has a car that drops a transmission that has been properly cared for/maintained with only 63,000 miles!) Oh -- and the cherry on top? We had it in before the warranty was expired for a fuel system issue. They didn't diagnose and repair it properly, so now they want another $400 to fix that. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere - then, go to the mom and pop mechanic to have things repaired. More

You would normally visit a dealership for auto repairs or to purchase a vehicle but Joe Cotton Ford also has an Auto Body Repair Shop and a great one at that!! Their repair service department coordinated the repairs needed on my Lincoln Navigator directly with State Farm without needing my assistance, as they are an approved repair shop with State Farm. Anyone that has had the pleasure of dealing with getting insurance estimates, finding approved repair shops and coordinating the scheduling, drop off and pickup, knows it is a time consuming pain in the neck. All of this was done by the Joe Cotton staff! I can't express how wonderful it is to have all of this taken care of for me and the repair work done on my truck is perfect! If you are in need of an auto body repair shop, look no further than Joe Cotton Ford!! More

Needed Newer Used Car Went to Joe Cotton Ford on 01-07-17, was immediately greeted by Ryan O'Reilly, this was one of those really cold days......I told him that I wanted to Went to Joe Cotton Ford on 01-07-17, was immediately greeted by Ryan O'Reilly, this was one of those really cold days......I told him that I wanted to look at a 2015 Ford Focus SE Hatchback which the dealership listed on line. He immediately brought the car up, and we took a ride in it. I liked the way it looked, rode and the features it had installed on it. He explained the features and the remainder of the factory warranty. We then talked price and I was treated fairly and politely, and we reached an agreeable price for us both. I took delivery the same day, and have been happy with the car in appearance and performance. Ryan is an asset to Joe Cotton, young, polite and very good personality (which a car salesman needs). I am waiting to receive my owners manual, and a clear plastic trim piece which fits on the passenger front door mirror. I have bought from this dealership before and have never been pressured into making any decisions which I did not want. I highly recommend Joe Cotton Ford and of course RYAN O'REILLY for a great job in presenting the car and "the deal" Ed Innis More

The OBDII port gave us two transmission error codes as a result of the excess transmission fluid. They said they changed all the fluids, it's not typical to change the transmission fluid, but the oil was at 30% life remaining and they didn't even change that. They didn't even detail the car for us once we were buying it. We paid cash and it took VERY VERY long to complete the transaction. Half the time we were waiting at the sales man desk. When confronting Joe Cotton Ford about the transmission issues, the used car sales manager was very rude and did nothing to try to make us happy customers. Told us to go to a chevy dealership. After buying the car, we were told two days later to come back because they did something wrong with the car's title. More
