The service department contacted me shortly after I dropped off my car to advise me on the work to be performed along with an exact quote so there were no surprises when the work was completed. As always they were spot on with their assessment of not only the service needed but also the time it would take. The sales staff was just fantastic as they were friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. They answered every question I had. Since I have never owned a hybrid I had plenty of questions and they were definitely up to the challenge. This is my second purchase from Joe Cotton Ford and I would highly recommend them if you're in the market for either a new or used car. More

The Broken Exhaust Stud and Sensor. They broke the stud. And told me now has to be replace. BUT : I told them To call me if price goes up .... Got one phone call And I have been calling them there after. So I got rip OFF $1000.00 I thank. And Now I got more work to do Where Do I go For this work ? I know if Joe Cotton Was there This Would never Happen..... But Will I take my car back ? NO !!!!! More

Made an appointment for a recall, and car was ready and washed on time. I decided to give them a shot on some service's I needed on the same vehicle and low and behold they were lower priced than Goodyear washed on time. We purchased pre-owned car. Mr. Draus and his manager were very polite and PATIENT! We got the deal we were asking for. Next day we called for a minor repair.
