I'm very disappointed to hear that you had a bad experience at the dealership, our customer service has always been our top priority. I have spoken with our Finance Manager, it sounds like there was a miscommunication. He thought you asked what current lender rates were at, which is why he said 5% which is currently US Prime rate, most banks are around that. After submitting your application he was able to come within $2 monthly of the terms at your own lender. We did get the vehicle for you and we would be more than happy to help you.
