really like Jason our salesman. No pressure trying to sell us something we didn't want and found our Edge we love it and no problems with it. Like the free 2 yrs service for oil chan No pressure trying to sell us something we didn't want and found our Edge we love it and no problems with it. Like the free 2 yrs service for oil changes. We got 3 and only have 13,000 and its 2 years old. We even went to one of there summer open houses free food etc and won 5 free oil changes!!Well buy our next car or truck there for sure! Fair price great service More

Quality, Loyalty, & Care I came into Ford for the first time looking to buy my first car. After attempts at other dealerships, I was disappointed in the salesmen and felt that I came into Ford for the first time looking to buy my first car. After attempts at other dealerships, I was disappointed in the salesmen and felt that I was not being taken-care of as a loyal customer. I stopped into Joe Cotton and had the best experience. Rich greeted me at the door, showed me the available cars in the price range and condition I was looking for, and gave specific details on the features in each vehicle. He took me out for a test drive and made the experience worthwhile with his expertise on the car's functions and Ford/Joe Cotton as a dealership overall.
