Quality, Loyalty, & Care I came into Ford for the first time looking to buy my first car. After attempts at other dealerships, I was disappointed in the salesmen and felt that I came into Ford for the first time looking to buy my first car. After attempts at other dealerships, I was disappointed in the salesmen and felt that I was not being taken-care of as a loyal customer. I stopped into Joe Cotton and had the best experience. Rich greeted me at the door, showed me the available cars in the price range and condition I was looking for, and gave specific details on the features in each vehicle. He took me out for a test drive and made the experience worthwhile with his expertise on the car's functions and Ford/Joe Cotton as a dealership overall. bad deal we bought a 2019 ford f 250 king ranch from them back in oct. 2018 looking to pull a 5th wheel. well it can not be done even tho i could Pull it i wou we bought a 2019 ford f 250 king ranch from them back in oct. 2018 looking to pull a 5th wheel. well it can not be done even tho i could Pull it i would be over weight with the Payload for sure, even tho we did give the dealer the spec on the trailer and ask them to build it for us. what we got was a f 250 with a payload of only 2029 before fuel or anything else added to truck. so after fuel and one person we have a total of 1660 lb left in payload.. cant pull much. well dealer said it is not his fault as he just sell the truck and Ford is the problem. So we got hosed and have a truck that yes it will pull it but no legally. Ford stuck us with this truck. nice truck but no good for what we bought it for. Thanks Joe Cotton a lesson learned More

Mike, the finance manager was equally easy to deal with. There wasn't any hard sell for add-ons. I was in and out in about 2 hours with a great car and the feeling we both got a good deal. This last time was a little more memorable because Larry Roncolli the sales person I have dealt with on both occasions recognized me while I was waiting for my wife to pick me and was nice enough to come and talk with me for about ten minutes. Actually, I was flattered that he recognized and that he would take the time to come and talk. Larry was also very helpful in each of my experiences and I made it a point to ask for him when I was going to make my second purchase. I also bought my wife a used 2017 Escape and she too loves her car and the experiences she has had during her servicing experiences.
