I had the oil changed and I asked to have a brake noise checked. Dropped car at 7am. At 4:30pm I had to call and they recommended front and rear rotor and pads for $1313. And couldn’t get the car back til checked. Dropped car at 7am. At 4:30pm I had to call and they recommended front and rear rotor and pads for $1313. And couldn’t get the car back till Monday evening. The cost was very high for a simple job. Btw joe cotton replaced front rotors in past 18 months. I took the car somewhere else. Quote for same job with premium components was over $400 less. AND they could not believe front brakes were recommended for replace - I agree. And They got the job done in a day. Bad recommendation, long wait and exorbitant cost. More
