I dropped the car off on Monday morning. The air conditioning compressor developed a leak and required replacement. I was told that the part would take two to three days to arrive. Imagine my surpri conditioning compressor developed a leak and required replacement. I was told that the part would take two to three days to arrive. Imagine my surprise when the next day they called and told me the repairs were completed. It seems they located one at a dealer, picked it up Tuesday morning and completed the repairs. Go Team Cotton! BTW - My car was returned to me cleaner than when I dropped it off! More

Everything else entirely needs improvement. When i first called Joe Cotton Ford I spoke to a man he said his name was Joe and to come in the next day and he would talk to me about buying a car mind you I asked about all the pricing first and he said there was not a big deal he can explain everything to me when I come in . So I came in the next day and they said Joe wasn’t in but that Roman Krawec can help me. So right away he said the car I wanted was sold and try to upsell me on a different car , I came in for a Ford EcoSport which was valued at $18,000 and he tried to sell me a Ford escape for $27,000 which was out of my range I mean I could afford it but I just rather not so I went back and ask for the echo sport . So now I don’t know if they transferred this car or just got lucky and one came in with 50 miles on it . So now i was told to put $2500 dollars down on something i haven't even seen yet . I felt wrong about it but still put $500 down . I was running late to work so we had to continue to the next day . So i went the next day and all the paperwork was wrong the car was red the Vin # was different etc. So i said I'm not signing this . He said we will fix the paperwork if you want after you pay the $2000 . So i said no we fix the paperwork 1st then i can pay . So I was reading the paperwork and the paperwork said extra charges. I ask why for the extra charges and he said because it had service care interior and exterior protection which I never asked for they just tacked it on. so I said yeah OK whatever let’s get this over with I have to go to work today on time because my boss got mad for the other day. So after I pay the $2000 now he has $2500 on my money . He takes me to a separate room to sigh more paperwork with another gentleman about premium care extended service plan Which is of some more stuff they tacked on . So altogether they’re charging me now $389 for 72 months . So a car that should’ve cost me $18,000 is now $28,000 they already had the plates on the car and all the paperwork done so as I felt like I couldn’t go back my wife really wanted the car and she said it was a rip off too . But she was worried they were going to get any more cars because they told us there was a big car shortage which is a lie because they keep getting them every other time they sell one. So we take the car home and notice they didn't take off transportation mode !!! So now we have to go back ... we get that done go home now we notice there is a grease mark hand print on ceiling car !!!! So we go in they put some spray on it and said its gonna be a little dark still cause its wet when it dries it will be fine .. no it wasn't we had to go back again .. oh I also forgot to mention In this survey I asking about a discount on the vehicle because my company (CVS Pharmacy Caremark ) is affiliate with Ford I am also going report report back with them because of the experience .They said that they were not even going to take me into consideration because of that affiliation it was better to sell to somebody off the street so they make more money . I thought that to be kind of rude because here I am working hard for my company to earn these discounts and I get treated this way. I did save $1750 but that’s for a rebate which they never explain to me how the rebate works this is my first new car. I also will be getting all my maintenance done there so I hope the service takes care of me properly . More
Excellent dealership experience. The only problem was that the engine shroud was partially off after the service and was dragging on the ground.
