Car battery died. Called Hawk Ford Carol Stream and they set me up with a tow. Battery replaced and car delivered back the next day. Was informed of the status of the Called Hawk Ford Carol Stream and they set me up with a tow. Battery replaced and car delivered back the next day. Was informed of the status of the replacement continuously through the process. I never had to leave my house. Many dealerships get a bad rap for their service department, but not for this one. Been a customer since 2015 and will use them as long as I own a car. Thanx to the team. More
