Service department is terrible I was waiting for 5 hours to get my a/c diagnosed then charged $380 for a diagnostic. You can go to any other Jeep Dealer and diagnostic are at $180 then once I come to pick to get my a/c diagnosed then charged $380 for a diagnostic. You can go to any other Jeep Dealer and diagnostic are at $180 then once I come to pick up my vehicle it still took an hour for them to pull it out from the service department.
