I WAS NOT AT ALL PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE DEPT, ON THE WAY I WAS TREATED ON THE SERVICE AND REPAIR OF MY 2020 DODGE RAM 1500. I WAS CHARGED A $195.00. FOR WARRANTY COVERED REPAIRS DONE ON MY 2020 DODGE R WAY I WAS TREATED ON THE SERVICE AND REPAIR OF MY 2020 DODGE RAM 1500. I WAS CHARGED A $195.00. WHEN I ASKED THE SERVICE DEPT, WHAT CAUSED MY VEHICLE TO SHUT DOWN LIKE IT DID, THE SERVICE PERSON WAS UNABLE TO GIVE ME A VALID REASON WHY. IM STILL CONFUSED ON WHY WAS I CHARGED FOR THE REPAIRS DONE WERE COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY ON MY 2020 DODGE RAM 1500. I JUST WOULD LIKE A REAL EXPLANATION, ABOUT WHAT WAS REALLY WRONG WITH MY VEHICLE AND WHAT DID IT REALLY TAKE TO GET IT BACK UP AND RUNNING AGAIN. IM THANKFUL THAT IT WAS ABLE TO BE REPAIRED. More
