I went to get an oil change and a faulty part was put in my 2021 Dodge Changer which caused the oil to shoot out from the top leaking down through to the bottom of the car. I was told even though the oil lo my 2021 Dodge Changer which caused the oil to shoot out from the top leaking down through to the bottom of the car. I was told even though the oil low light was on to drive it back to them so they would be able to see if the fault was theirs or mine. I asked would that mess up the engine they said no just bring it back then after be emotional about it while driving back they said they would send me a tow truck and they did. When I got back to the dealership the said they would put a new part in and change the oil. I asked them to check the engine to make sure was okay they said they would they visually inspected my car by putting it in the air for about five to ten minute then drive it to the back where it was not touched for over an hour and I just sat thinking they needed more time but I have a vehicle alert system in my car they alerts me when the car moves and it never move when the door opens or closes and it was not touched for over an hour while I waited. I have not drive my car since I left the dealer because I jerked hard on me and I have a kid don’t want anything to happen. All the pictures and videos I took before bringing it back just made me question why when I asked them to keep it over night to do an over all check I was told we do t have any loaner cars to do that. Had my 2019 Dodge SUV in for service of punched Ignacio now key lock. Attempted auto theft. It failed since security equips shut down starter motor. The service department took care of problem. If I didn’t get my right headlight fixed I wouldn’t be able to drive Thanksgiving or likely the whole thanksgiving weekend. Very happy to have gotten it fixed and maybe it took about 30 minutes. Simple Oil change becomes an oil leak. Returned Car 2 hours later only to discover Oil on their property. Brian G. The service manager and Christian accuse me and refuse to take any responsibility. Then attempt to charge $340. to change the oil pan. This occurred Thurs. Oct. 14th. I returned Monday to speak to the GM Jim. The lone bright spot at the dealership. He listened and attempted to remedy the issue. We agreed on a charge of 1/2 the price. I was trying. to be a fair customer. Afterwards,Jim asked Jeremy to create the new invoice. Jeremy returned shortly. Jeremy handed me the invoice , and said,” We are parting ways now, You can no longer patronize this dealership. I asked why , I was being fair . Jeremy said he was told to tell me this per Brian G. After Jeremy’s outburst I realized I shouldn’t have been charged anything. How Rude, I’ve patronized their business for years. He told me to go back to Sherman where i purchased my cars from or find somewhere else. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life . I left the shop , received a call from Jim about a previous review I wrote on Oct. 15 th he had just received. He asked me to take it down since we had come to an agreement. I told him about Jeremy he said he would talk to him . Then today i receive a text from Jeremy about their service level. Appalling, I don’t ever want to hear from him again. That is why i’m writing this review. Check your cars before you leave . More

Everyone at the dealership is polite and courteous, something you rarely find these days. The service was excellent and the tech showed me new features I didn't understand from the owner manual.
