I didn’t even want to give this place 1 star. There service here is the worst. I recently bought a grand Wagoneer 2022. That I was have a battery problem with. My truck has been here for 2 days. They told me to go to enterprise to pick up a rental. And enterprise did not have a car for me. Asked to speak with upper management. They didn’t come to talk with me. Ended up have my trucked picked up and taking it to another dealership. Do not bring your car here for service! More

Took in my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service it needed and oil change. I was hesitant since it was noon and a Friday but because it was long overdue I could not wait any longer.
