We bought a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica in 2020 with very low mileage in great condition. We purchased a full extended warranty from ALLY and there was a blemish on the hood. The service department was very low mileage in great condition. We purchased a full extended warranty from ALLY and there was a blemish on the hood. The service department was very easy to deal with and everyone was very personable and they replaced the hood and painted it. Looks excellent and they stood on their word at no cost to me. We went back to Hawk just a few days ago due to driver side led light was not working and it was very expensive to purchase. I set up a service call and Hawk ordered the part and informed me that i also had a recall that will be addressed while the light was being replaced and we learned the driver seat memory needed attention. I brought the vehicle in at 7am and it was done by 4pm with everything fixed and my warranty only cost me $100.00 This is a great dealership who treat people with professionalism and give advice to our needs. The dealership is very clean and even the sales people are friendly and not pushy. I would definitely recommend this dealership for service, parts and when i need to update my vehicle this is where i will come to buy. THANK YOU HAWK PERSONNEL for a wonderful experience. More
