I'm in the market for a minivan and want Hybrid, AWD and panoramic sunroof. I've been looking on-line and visiting dealerships. After looking at inventory on-line, I've visited 2 Toyota dealerships and 3 Ch panoramic sunroof. I've been looking on-line and visiting dealerships. After looking at inventory on-line, I've visited 2 Toyota dealerships and 3 Chrysler dealerships (Toyota has AWD and Hybrid while Chrysler Hybrid and panoramic sunroof). Alex Rodriguez was the ONLY salesman to pay much attention to me at all, even though I'm typically the person in our family who picks out what car we purchase. I told Alex (as I'd told the other 3 salesmen) upfront that I was only wanting to look at the van. He was patient, polite and paid full attention to me as a customer. The other 3 left me, almost immediately, alone and at one dealership I wasn't even approached by a salesperson. As part of the sales process, after test driving the minivan, Alex's sales manager (sorry I forgot his name!) met with us. Ales had told him I wasn't interested in buying today and rather than push the sale, he was extremely polite and friendly as well. I explained that I may end up going with the Toyota for the AWD/hybrid combo especially since we have a narrow one-car garage and typically don't park in the garage to plug in a car. He suggested that I come back and take the car home for a few hours and see how it would fit our needs. I loved the car, the service and still haven't made a decision....but if it were to be base solely upon the salesperson, it would definitely be the Chrysler Pacifica!
