Jason was good to us the moment we stepped foot in the building. He assisted us from start to finish in getting our super awesome Jeep Gladiator. When I first walked in to the dealership during the week, I did not have the best experience and ended up leaving pretty upset that day because not only was I waiting for over 20min I had my appointment sche I did not have the best experience and ended up leaving pretty upset that day because not only was I waiting for over 20min I had my appointment scheduled at 7pm didn't get helped until 7:30ish I didn't feel like the sales person had the motivation to try and sell a car, BUT upon looking at their website I saw the truck that i wanted and at a reasonable price so i decided to give this dealership one more shot and to be honest I am super happy that I did! I recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler and was helped by Francisco "Sisco" and he was by far the best! I had the greatest experience all thanks to him, he has great customer service, listened to what I wanted and worked with me to obtain it and if anyone is interested in purchasing a car I would highly recommend to go to Hawk Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Forest Park and ask for Sisco! Justin Eick and Frank Infelise were an absolute delight to work with. Since I lived in another state I relied heavily on Justin providing accurate info about the vehicle I had planned to purchase and he e to work with. Since I lived in another state I relied heavily on Justin providing accurate info about the vehicle I had planned to purchase and he exactly that. Justin provided pictures of the vehicle, promptly answered my question, and even responded on his day off to a couple of concerns I had. He is exactly what you'd want in a sales person. He did exactly what he said he was going to do, the way he said he was going to do it, and in the manner he said it would be done. There were no surprises when working with him. I told him what time my plane would land and the time I had planned to be at the dealership to take delivery. As promised, the vehicle I was purchasing was clean and ready to go, sitting out front when I arrived. I'd also like to say that working with the Business Manager Frank Infelise, was a pleasant experience. He handled all of my paperwork, the process was quick and seamless. He didn't push any products on my and answered any questions I had. Justin and Frank are a dynamic duo. The only issue I had during my experience is with their General Sales Manager, Heather Garcia. Her willingness to lie about Electronic Vehicle Tracking System (EVTS) being factory installed is just wrong. Lowering the price on the internet to draw traffic and then increase the price back to where they want it to be, less incentives, and then lying to customers like EVTS is factory installed should be criminal. Anything factory installed will be listed on the Monroney sticker. If dealer installed there should be an affix addendum/add-on sticker attached to the vehicle. If you're ever at Hawk and she makes this criminal attempt to get you to purchase what an ethical manager would refer to as a backend product, refuse to pay. Little did she know as she was going on her rant about it being a factory installed item, my wife recorded her saying such. Price the vehicle for what you want and then sell it. No need for the song and dance. I would have purchase the vehicle without such because Justin and Frank were a delight to work with. Heather, the person who is tasked to be the General Manager, is the one who blew it for me. While I would be happy to work with Justin and Frank again, Heather I could do without. She's a dishonest person who should hold the position she's in. Folks like myself have no problem paying a premium for great service, experience, and product, there's no need to lie to get a customer in the door...and then to say that it's "factory installed" just to force the product is wrong. Also, be mindful they she tries to be clever by being certain to never disclose such on the bill of sale so that she can say...we never charged for that and I never said it. What Heather failed to realize is that EVERYTHING these days are recorded...including my experience at the dealership with her. More
