Bought an Equinox from them several years ago. Have had the vehicle into their service department 6 times because whenever it rains the spare tire well fills with water, a problem they've never fixed. Finally after a downpour, water splashed out of the well and shorted out the lock on the rear hatch. There is no manual release on the door so it can't be opened. That's a huge problem for me since I am disabled and store my chair in the back. Took it to Jacobs and they said it was normal wear and tear and since it was no longer under warranty it would cost me almost $600 to fix it even though they were too incompetent to fix the problem with the leak . We bought a 2013 Chevy Spark from Reggie Foster Who is the GREATEST!!! We have bought 4 cars from Reggie and well what can I say but he is simply the "BEST". We bought the 2013 Chevy Spark for our Son to the GREATEST!!! We have bought 4 cars from Reggie and well what can I say but he is simply the "BEST". We bought the 2013 Chevy Spark for our Son to commute to college. After having the car only a few months he got into a accident. Because we love Reggie we went back to the dealership we bought the car from. However, after working with the service department located at the Jefferson facility in Joliet we will not be back. The car went into the shop on Tuesday 2/5. We were told by Dan that the car would be done by Friday 2/8 or 2/11 at the latest. When we did not get a call on Monday 2/11 we left two messages for Dan. When we did not get a call on Tuesday 2/12 we called the service department and finally we told that the parts did not come in until Monday 2/11 and now we informed that the car would not be done before 2/14. The car was done on 2/14. However, we believe there should have been more communication with Dan. We also believe that because this was a insurance claim the damaged was inflated by the service department. We are very disappointed in this service experience and will not be back. More
