All day oil change I had a appointment for an oil change at 9:45am. I arrived at 9:40am. It took over 3 hours to get my truck back. In Transition First, this review states it is Hawk Chevy, but service was for my Subaru Legacy and the service center was at the Hawk Mazada dealership. I arrive First, this review states it is Hawk Chevy, but service was for my Subaru Legacy and the service center was at the Hawk Mazada dealership. I arrived before my appointment was taken in promptly. Even with a tire rotation and full oil change, I was only there maybe half an hour at most. I was quoted an hour and I was pleased with my time. Both the office service agents were polite, courteous. Maybe it is because this service area is in transition but the cleanliness left much to be desired. The service area waiting lounge was dirty, dusty, dark and depressing, and the bathroom was ABHORRENT. More

Service Service writers are Rude, Never was notified about my car being done. Left 4 messages for someone to call me back without a call back.
