painless I had an unfortunate incident with my car and it went into limp mode of which I was unaware of this. They told me it would be $1400.00 to have it fixed. I was not a happy camper and when I talked to a couple of people they said DO NOT USE NTB they have a very bad consumer rating. So I had it towed to hawk and they fixed the problem for $500.00., and it was done in a couple hours, and explained to me everything that was done and so far no problems. More
Hawk of Joliet Service Experience I took my car in last Friday for a pure synthetic Subaru oil change. I had called prior to my arrival to ask for the same price of the previous oil ch I took my car in last Friday for a pure synthetic Subaru oil change. I had called prior to my arrival to ask for the same price of the previous oil change special I had found online. I was advised that it would only be a $5.00 difference. I was also advised that my prior free tire rotation privilege for purchasing new tires at Hawk was no longer available but an exception would be made for my tires to be rotated one last time free of charge. The mechanic rotating my tires lost one of my lug nuts and quickly replaced it with a new lug from the parts department at no cost to me. The mechanic also checked my low tire warning light utilizing a diagnostic laptop at no cost to me. Very satisfied-Javier I encountered both Justins’ in the service department as well as Calvin (service manager) this past Friday. More

Disappointed Came in and stood around before someone finally decided to look up after acting like I was invisible. Went to cashier and felt as though I had inconvenienced her by having her do her job, my dog is friendlier and she doesn't even like people. I got out in the bay and the sorry attempt to wash my truck was a fail at best. I had to back out of the bay and I waited for the employee to guide out the truck next to mine and when it was clear to back out he went back to the conversation he was having with another employee leaving me to navigate backing out to avoid a parked Hummer and a yellow barricade! 100% sure that's my last experience with Hawk Chevy!
