New truck broke down and put on back burner 700 miles and service engine light comes on. Call the dealer and the say bring it right in. I get there and then they tell me come back tomorrow, so I 700 miles and service engine light comes on. Call the dealer and the say bring it right in. I get there and then they tell me come back tomorrow, so I make a 7:00am appointment. I bring the truck in the next day. I do not hear anything from them so I call and call. They tell me they can't find anything wrong but want to run more test. 4 days later I get the truck back, the service statement says the reflashed the computer. This whole ordeal cost me 4 days of lost wages $2000.00 and $700.00 payment buy this truck and service department cost me nothing but money putting me in the hole. You can't get a hold of anyone because they don't have a paging system and don't answer voicemail. I any happy with the sales and parts department, but service has a lot to be desired. More
