Time consuming Granted, I was a walk-in, but after they found the issue and told me they were starting on it they told me it would only take 20 mins. to fix. Good thing i was already off of work. Just dont quote people a certain time then take way longer. He called me during the whole process with updates. He even arranged a loaner for me to drive when the car needed another day for the repairs to be completed.
