Excellent Service! I called the service department when I had an issue with my car last Friday & Tim Christ took care of me . He was exactly right! He didn’t tell me al kinds of that it could be, he told me more then likely this is the issue. Hawk Chevrolet had my car fixed in a reasonable time. Disappointed I made my appointment a week or 2 earlier, had a scheduled oil change tire rotation and wanted a sensor changed in my front tire. Sat there from 320 til almost 6pm and only an oil change was done. Why should i even schedule an appt. Very upset, never waited longer than an hour for an oil change. Should have been up front, i would have rescheduled. More

Service-Jazmin, service and Alex driver. I just dropped in for my 7k mile service. No appointment. I was told it would take a few hours. I asked to be taken to the Black road library and pick I just dropped in for my 7k mile service. No appointment. I was told it would take a few hours.
