Everything went smoothly. I was greeted promptly and walked through my requests and questions. Manny took care of everything requested and kept me updated during the visit. I was not pleased at all with the time it took to get my oil changed one hour and thirty five minutes might be understandable if I didn’t have an appointment. I had an appointment for 0715. I was there a oil changed one hour and thirty five minutes might be understandable if I didn’t have an appointment. I had an appointment for 0715. I was there at 0710 checked in at 0716. At that time I was told 0830 for my vehicle. I thought that was a long time but I was there so I’d wait. My car wasn’t ready until 0850. Unacceptable! What’s the point of making an appointment ???? I don’t know why the wait was so long but I think I’ll find a jiffy lube next time. Also the car was not washed upon completion. I can understand that as it was cold... More
