I bought my 2006 Malibu maxx from James Wolf. The guy did everything flawlessly. It was like watching an artist that was in the "zone". From the first conversation I had with Diego he was very interested in what I wanted and pursued it as well as other options to give me the best vehicle ever. What started out as an inquiry for a 2010 Cadillac ended up as a lease on a new 2012 Cadillac , he and Josh Casey worked magic to get me a car I did not think I could ever afford...they were diligent in pursuing options that were available to me to help me get what I wanted. They were both so friendly & concerned about my comfort while I was waiting for the appraisal on my trade in as well as waiting on the paperwork to be finalized, they made me feel that they wanted to put me in this vehicle under terms that I could afford, they made it all seem so simple and they both truly care about giving good customer service and that's the name of the game....Customer Service is important!
