After brushing the snow off all of the cars we were interested in, this man personally lined up the 3 Vehicle's next to the front door "running with the heaters on" so we would not have walk through the car lot at to look at them. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that the cars we wanted were located at 2 different Bill Jacobs locations. So instead of making us drive to the other lot... he brought all of the cars to us. That is true customer service! I would also like to mention that we came in right before the dealership was going to close and Ruben was more than happy to stay after hours and close the deal for us on the GMC he knew we would like.
