The dealership as a whole is fairly decent. Service area has treated me very well. My recent purchase seemed a bit less than that however. I was shown a new vehicle sticker which was to be t Service area has treated me very well. My recent purchase seemed a bit less than that however. I was shown a new vehicle sticker which was to be the vehicle I was going to purchase (due to the dealership having to transfer it from another dealer). When the vehicle arrov3d I was told it was a "managers" vehicle from a different location. While it had what was on the sticker, it also had almost 3000 miles on it and was still being sold as new, because it had never been titled I guess. I was also told by Rocco that I "should" get the paint and dent etc, protection plan on it. Once I agreed, he said, good, I already put it on there. Uh huh... it was already on the vehicle as the sticker for it was in the glove box. So, that whole interaction was a little shady. I also received an atrocious interest rate with zero negetionation on it, I wasn't even told what ot was until I went in to sign everything. I've been buying cars long enough to know these are not set in stone. Especially when buying extended warranties, which I did as well. Overall, the whole experience was rushed and felt like it wasn't fully transparent to me until it came time to sign everything. Am I unhappy? Not completely, but I'm also not completely happy with how things went down. Will I go there again? Undecided. More
