I purchased a Cadillac Escalade ESV because I need a large vehicle, I spent almost a month in a tiny vehicle, equinox or Traverse, which I do not feel as acceptable. If a larger vehicle is not available, I should be able to rent a larger vehicle from a rental company and get full reimbursement for the rental More
I had Recall perform on my car. Service Department Chris was very, very helpful completing the recall. I just had surgery and couldn't drive. Car was in the shop for a week with no call on what was happening so i finally called in and nothing yet. 2 days later i get a call it is finished i go i and ask what was wrong? Both issues I brought my car in for were not addressed and my concerns were not heard. In fact, they test drove it and claimed they could not replicate the issue but I could hear it as soon as I left the and my concerns were not heard. Brought in my 2008 CTS to have a new keyfob purchased in the parts department programmed. Also, I had the dealer mechanic check the rear door locks as they sometimes to not unlock when selecting the open d the parts department programmed. The only complaint that I have is that when the new keyfob was ordered, I assumed that the keyfob would be like the original full keyfob. Unfortunately for me, the keyfob that came with the car in 2008 is at our Florida condo and I cannot clip the keyfob to my key ring until we get to Florida this winter. I do not recall if the parts clerk told me that the partial keyfob was the part that I ordered or if I was ordering a full keyfob with a blank key in the keyfob. For $240.00 plus $110.00 for programming charge, I expected that I was getting a complete keyfob. The keyfob was ordered, as it was not in the parts department inventory. It took about 7+ days for the part to be available. More
