LEMON BEWARE, They sold me a car that practically needed a new engine, it was so much work, the total amount of money that needed to be put into car after I BEWARE, They sold me a car that practically needed a new engine, it was so much work, the total amount of money that needed to be put into car after I bought it was almost $5000. The check nine light came on one week after I bought it and again 2 other times... They did temporary fixes to stop light from coming on and then I took car to dealer and found out the real problem. Just Dear Auto Buyer, Please do not go to any other auto dealer to buy the car of your dreams because I found mine at Hatt Auto Sales. Just to make you aware I was not solicited to write this review. It is completely my pleasure. I had been looking for a Rolls Royce Silver Seraph for about 6 months. I have had 3 Rolls Royces previously and certainly knew what I was looking for. I wanted an absolutely flawless automobile. As if it was sitting on the showroom floor. I actually found it and much much more. The more was Joe. Joe had been negotiating with another dealer when I left a message. I received a prompt reply. Joe answered all my questions and even offered useful information that I hadn't thought of asking for. I live in Fallbrook, California and of course Joe's dealership is about 3 thousand miles away. I was only able to look at pictures on the website. Joe offered to take more pictures than what were on the website. He took pictures of everything I asked for. Joe went way way above and beyond the average car salesperson. The price was $40,000.00. with only 22,000 miles. This was easily below the current market value and according to the NADA was worth about $73,000. This Rolls Royce, given the additional custom additions that it has, out the door was about $250,000. new. Joe knew all the history of the car from the time it was new. It had always been serviced by the same Rolls Royce dealership where it was sold. I asked Joe if he would take it to the Rolls Royce dealership for an inspection. He gladly agreed to do so. I offered to pay him for his time but he said that would not be necessary. After a lengthy inspection the Rolls Royce dealership called me and said that it was as if it still was still sitting on their showroom floor. I had no problem whatsoever wiring Joe $40,000. even without personally seeing the car. I wanted to do so before someone else saw what an incredible deal it was. It took about 1 month to get a carrier to pick it up because of its dimensions. It is an unusually wide car. During this time Joe was very patient. I offered to pay him a storage fee because I knew that my car was taking up indoor space that he needed. He never asked for a storage fee nor would he accept one. Upon delivery I realized that I had gotten the car of my dreams. It was literally flawless just like the dealership and Joe said. I am 66 years old and I am a retired Doctor. I have never trusted nor purchased anything from anyone this expensive in my whole life without seeing it in person I was able to buy the car of my dreams and pay for it before I saw it because Joe is and was so completely honest and trustworthy. He even said that when I got it if I didn't like the color or something was wrong with it he would take it back and give me my money back, no questions asked. I would not hesitate to buy another car sight unseen from Joe anytime. He is by far the most honest car dealer I have ever known in my whole life. I would recommend that you buy a car from Joe and see for yourself what a man of honesty and integrity is really like. That's Joe. More

Hatt was definatley the right choice for me i brought a used 2008 Honda Accord but it runs like new. I had the pleasure of working with the manager Joe, he was great for me and helped me make a great decision. He made me feel very secure with my purchase and helped anyway he can. I walked into this dealership alone and a female the only two things they say you should never do and to my surprise I n This place is a hidden gem!! I walked into this dealership alone and a female the only two things they say you should never do and to my surprise I never felt like easy prey or like I was being taken advantage of; I had the pleasure of working with Joe who happened to be the manager. He answered all my questions and took the time out to deal with any concerns I had. He worked with me with the price of the vehicle until we reached an agreeable price and as Joe was writing up the bill of sale I was looking for the “hidden fees” I’ve heard so much about from my friends and family and to my surprise there were none. Honestly the only fee is the documentation for plates and registration which is only $120. You would expect that after I bought the car that would be the end of that transaction.. But he still checked up me to make sure my vehicle was still performing up to my expectations. Since this was my first car I was as a little jittery about buying a lemon and even took my car to my mechanic for him to inspect and he was actually impressed at how well the car was running. At one point the info system on the car told me that I needed an oil change only 3 weeks after buying it so I took it in and they checked the fluids and told me that there was brand new oil in the engine and that I had at least 3000 miles to go I just needed to reset my computer so it would tell me the correct time I needed an oil change. This showed me that the car was well maintinenced by Hatt auto before it was given to me. I know this is a long review but this is a great place to come if you are searching for honesty. Even a month after my purchase the day I went to get the official plates for my car I was having problems with my tires because of a mistake I had made, I asked for help and Joe personally went out in the snow to check the psi on my tires and filled them up for me at the 7/11. I don’t think most car dealership’s would go out of their way to make sure that even after your purchase that your car in still in tip top shape unless you had a warranty which I only had on the engine and transmission cause it was a used car. Everyone in the dealership is friendly and they treat you well, it was like buying a car from family member. I don’t regret my purchase I love my car and am thankful for the great experience. More
