Consider closing at 6pm instead of 5pm for your customers that WORK. My brand new $80 grand Buick leaked oil all over my driveway because whoever did the initial "free" service was SLOPPY and spilled oil EVE that WORK. My brand new $80 grand Buick leaked oil all over my driveway because whoever did the initial "free" service was SLOPPY and spilled oil EVERYWHERE (ask Adrien).
