Upon arriving for my first complementary oil change after purchasing my 2023 Acadia I was met by Jacob Adame the service advisor and I gave him my cell phone number for him to update my information on the se purchasing my 2023 Acadia I was met by Jacob Adame the service advisor and I gave him my cell phone number for him to update my information on the service order and I informed him that the driver door has a squeaky noise and could that be addressed along with the first oil change, I informed Jacob that I would be waiting in the waiting room so please contact me when the work is completed I was never contacted by Jacob nor was the squeaky driver door addressed when I asked why he informed me that I would have to make another appointment for the squeaky door, which to me is a bit odd as to why it couldn’t be addressed then and there, so when he asked me to sign the paperwork I wrote on it that I was not happy with my very first impression of Hatfield’s service advisor and the service department. So my hopes are that when I need to return for future service that the customer professionalism is not substandard but way above the norm also it would be nice to receive some paperwork indicating how the overall condition of my vehicle not just that an oil change was done.
