Hatfield Buick GMC Service Department is extremely Professional and Polite. They have continuously met my needs on all of my GM Vehicles, even though they service all brands of vehicles. Even though the Service Department is closed on the weekends I have never had an issue scheduling an appointment that was convenient for me. They even offer Shuttle Service when repairs are going to take a while. For those days when I'm waiting for a quick service, they have a very comfortable waiting area with a TV, Cell Phone charging station as well as complimentary Refrigerated Water and Coffee/Tea. Overall, a great team, and would recommend them time and time again. More
