The sale of my vehicle was great. My first service of the vehicle was very poor. My appointment was schedule during a time when the shift was over. I selected the notification that I was going to wait for my vehicle (due to where I live) while in service. No offer of a loaner vehicle. I had to get an Uber from the dealership to ONT airport and leave my vehicle over the weekend. Finally, upon getting my vehicle from service (three days later), no carwash was given and when I asked, I was told not enough staff available after having the vehicle for over three days. Very disappointed overall, especially when my vehicle is a lease, and I live in Yorba Linda which is not close. unfortunately, im not sure the name of the serviceman I was dealing with. Wasn't pleasant communications. More
