Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the situation you have described. I believe the issue is that a customer gave the wrong email address to OnStar. Each time the customer schedules an appointment through OnStar, it sends the dealership the wrong email address again. I will reach out to OnStar and GM and see if they can escalate this issue. I apologize for the inconvenience.
