The sale was finalized with an in-store visit with Matt and Bill that was extremely efficient and friendly. We greatly appreciated their friendliness, relaxed atmosphere, and honesty. He was great to talk to and very accommodating with our needs. I would recommend going back to Hyundai West and talking to John Olson for everyone's car needs. He was not the average car salesman that was pushy about purchasing a vehicle. More

We didn't have any issues with it so when we needed a larger ve We bought a used 2008 Ford Fusion a few years back, from Hamilton, at Scholfield West. We didn't have any issues with it so when we needed a larger vehicle so we went back to him to make another purchase. This time he got us into a 2011 Ford Flex. Since we bought the vehicle we have had nothing but issues with it (we purchased it about 3.5 months ago). First thing, I noticed was a spot on the side of the seat belt buckle, with reassurance from my husband, I let it go. Brushed it off. The next day, my son and his friend found a bag of half melted gummy lifesavers in the back armrest compartment, again.. I let it go. Didn't complain. We soon began to have issues with the starter. When we brought the vehicle in to have the Resist All treatment we told Hamilton, our salesman, that we were having trouble with the starter, he assured us he would have someone look at it after the treatment was finished. When we went to pick the car up he told us he didn't have time to have it looked at after and that it was just the battery and would be fine. Not long after I found myself stranded in a parking lot in a 100° day with my two children (8 years and 1 year old) for hours, on the Friday of a holiday weekend when they were not open. We had to wait until the following Tuesday to get in contact with them and have the vehicle towed back to their shop, which they tried to make us pay for, even though it should have been covered under the warranty. My husband had to explain to the tow driver, that the shop referred him to, that he was not going to pay for it and they would have to charge Scholfield. Once the shop gets a chance to look at it.. Surprise! The starter went out, just as we had told Hamilton, and he wouldn't do anything about. They replaced the starter per warranty. What blows my mind the most about this, is that I found a paper in the glove compartment showing that this car had been used as a loaner and they had it in their possesion for several months prior, and put several miles on it, yet no one noticed the problems with the starter?? Not long after, the air conditioner went out and we had to take it in again because 2 children in the heat of this summer with no a.c. in the car was not going to work. They did recharge the a.c. and did not charge us. AND THEN, the rear brakes started to sound metal on metal, not 3 months after we bought it. We had to replace the brake pads on both sides in the rear, and the drivers side rear rotor was gouged so deep the calipers had to be disassembled to get them off the rotor. This we did on our own, no complaints. So just recently I moved my toddlers car seat from the passenger side to the drivers side and as I was installing and adjusting the seat I found dried blood in the vent and massive staining on the seat belt and the upholstery. It doesn't appear to have even been detailed. No one in my family had bled in that car, in any way. We bought a used car that had dried blood in the air vent blowing onto my children, from what we thought was a respectable dealership.. So this I brought up to my salesman, Hamilton. Hamilton told me to get a seat cover and offered to have the car detailed "again" if we paid for it. He said, "Obviously, we sent the car to detail and felt that it was clean enough to sell." Ha! So clean it had melted candy in it and dried blood in the vent and on the seat belt! This is so completely ridiculous! And Hamilton has done all he can to avoid handling any issue unless we bring it up to someone else. We will never purchase a car from Scholfield ever again. More

We formerly had a Hyundai Sonata and after researching other vehicles decided on another Hyundai. Went to the dealership online and was contacted by Matt Watson. What a super guy! He listened to what we wanted, was never pushy in our decision making, and truly helped make the dreaded task of buying a new car so much more bearable. He is so helpful and pleasant. What a great team they have there at Scholfield. We felt that not only did we get a quality vehicle, we also made new friends. More
