Their "discounts" are completely conditional. The sales manager said he would call back with new information and numbers but never called back. Don't waste your time with this dealership. Save your time and go to Oklahoma or Kansas City. More

While walking around and going to the various booths Bill Stout immediately made a good impression as he was the only car salesperson to even acknowledge my existence when I approached his booth. He talked to me like I was a person. He had a prize wheel and even helped me get $1000 off of a car at Hatchett Hyundai. The following day my husband and I decided to stop by after obtaining a quote for fixing my current vehicle from the shop. It was a buying experience like I had never had before. Bill listened to what we wanted, let us drive what we wanted, and was not pushy AT ALL! We started looking at pre-owned and switched to new (only after my husband asked to). With their low prices we bought new and literally off of the showroom floor for the 1st time in our lives! I now tell everyone I know that they should go talk to Bill Stout before buying their next car. He is amazing and so is their finance department! Great Job Hatchett Hyundai! More

Courteous, knowledgable, & ready to please. I was in getting my 2012 Sonata serviced. I ask Matt about the special credit for veterans just to see how it worked. He went out of his way to show me what interested me and my wife. Drove it home for her inspection and for her to drive. We were impressed with the vehicle and the deal. Matt was very patient and called us several times to sweeten the deal. Even later he called about similar vehicles that met our needs. Unfortunately, we were upside down with our current loan because we used the 2012 as collateral for other financial needs. It was an amazing deal; we just didn't feel like that it made sound financial situation for us right then. We will be back looking for Matt when the time is right for us! More
