We originally thought we would get a Honda C-rv, but did not have a good experience shopping for one the previous day. We decided to check out Hatchett Hyundai because it was close to where we live. Neither my husband nor I had ever driven a Hyundai and we did not know what to expect. As we were browsing the Tucson's in the lot, John Olson greeted us and let us know if we had any questions about the vehicle and listened carefully to our needs. He shared information on the different models and packages and then suggested we take the car out for a test drive. We were very impressed with the smooth ride and performance of the Tucson- it met our car driving needs perfectly! Thanks in part to Finance Director, Kurt Bull, our financing experience was met with equal satisfaction! All employees from the service department to the Sales Manager, Bill Ayesh, all made us feel welcome. More
