It was time I treated myself to something special. When I first stepped foot onto the car lot, I was immediately greeted with Matt's warm smile and pleasantness. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the cars and answered my questions. He even explained and demonstrated to me the current technology in my car instead of handing me the keys and shooting me on my way. I left feeling that " I got this!" Car buying made easy Car buying is not something I look forward too at all! I really had no intention of purchasing a vehicle, we were 'just looking'. When I told Eric w Car buying is not something I look forward too at all! I really had no intention of purchasing a vehicle, we were 'just looking'. When I told Eric what we were looking for... "something in an SUV that is a late model with low miles" I figured he'd send me to the new car lot. He hesitated only a few seconds and then said 'wait, we just got a Tuscon in yesterday (yeah, right) and I think it's just what you're looking for". He disappeared for a short while and soon came driving up in a 2016 Tuscon that was in fact " just what we were looking for!" He was very patient with a couple of old people and explained all the bells and whistles and took us for a tour all the while being very cordial and personable. He made us feel like we'd been friends for a long time and really cared about US and not just the sale. He handed us over to Kurt Bull who was also very personable and thorough in explaining all the legal jargon. I have never liked dealing with car salesmen... until this transaction. These guys are the best I've ever dealt with and will most certainly recommend them to anyone who is willing to listen. More
